Terms and Conditions

How to cancel or modify a reservation

  • You can modify or cancel your reservation by emailing info@penzionumikulase.cz or by calling +420 607 555 202.
  • You can modify or cancel this reservation free of charge in accordance with the cancellation policy.
  • By completing the reservation, the customer has accepted the reservation terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy set by the hotel.

Cancellation fees

  • 30–15 days before arrival: cancellation fee 20% of the total price
  • 14–10 days before arrival: cancellation fee 50% of the total price
  • Less than 10 days before arrival: cancellation fee 100% of the total price

Payment and fees

  • We may require the total price or deposit (excluding city tax) in advance.
  • In case of no-show, we charge a cancellation fee of 100%.
  • Payment is charged in Czech crowns (CZK) according to the hotel's monthly exchange rate, which may differ from your bank's exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
  • A city tax of 20 CZK (0.80 EUR) per person per night is not included in the total price of the accommodation.
  • Guests will pay the city tax in cash at the reception.
  • Accommodation with a pet is possible upon prior agreement for a fee of 200 CZK (8 EUR) per night.
  • Children under 3 years old - free of charge (baby cot on request for a fee).
  • Children 4 - 17 years old - must order their own bed.
  • We accept cards - Visa, Master Card.

Conditions for non-refundable reservations

  • For reservations with non-refundable conditions, we require a deposit of 100% of the total amount.
  • If these conditions are not met, the reservation will be canceled.
  • You will receive payment details for bank transfer by email.
  • In case of non-compliance with the payment deadline, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.
  • In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the entire payment serves as a 100% cancellation fee.
  • By confirming the reservation, the client acknowledges that the payment is final and non-refundable, even in the case of illness or force majeure.

Information on payment processing

  • The seller will issue a tax document - invoice to the buyer after payment.
  • The tax document will be issued by the hotel reception, or it can be sent by e-mail upon request (no later than the day of departure).

Accommodation

  • Check-in from 14:00 (2pm) to 19:00 (7pm)
  • Key collection via key box from 14:00 (2pm)
  • Reception is available from 8:00 to 12:00 (8am to 12am)
  • Check-out until 10:00 (10am)

Accessibility

  • The hotel is not wheelchair accessible
  • There is no elevator in the building.
  • Details about parking are available on the hotel website.
  • All rooms and interior areas of the hotel are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty of up to 2500 CZK (100 EUR) for violations.

In the event of a dispute with our hotel, you have the option of contacting the out-of-court settlement body in the Czech Republic, which is the Czech Trade Inspection http://coi.cz. You also have the option of resolving any dispute via the online form at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/.
